When login fails
No SMS: wait the timer, drop VPN. Clone APK: a K1 or green-G file will not open this wallet — reinstall from download. Hold: in-app chat with the registered number. Do not pay anyone who DMs first.
Nobody from EK1 will ask you to screenshot OTP, share TeamViewer, or send rupees to unlock a withdrawal.

Does EK1 login need a password?
Default path is mobile OTP. If you later set a PIN inside the app, still protect the SIM that receives codes.
I reinstalled the APK.
Open EK1, choose login, enter the original number, take a new OTP. If the old file was a clone, reinstall from the download page.
